The Edge Restaurant/Ritz Carlton Rancho Mirage, Palm Springs We experienced a superb service given by all the staff; I must mention our server Chad and Hope, both excellent at what they do; Hope was a pleasure to talk to and to listen how proud is to work there. The food: Beyond excellent! the ambiance and views of Palm Springs are incomparable; all these together create those moments you'll never forget. The only thing I wish the chef could improve is on the dessert menu and add some dairy free options.
Celebrating my husband's birthday on the West Coast!! Magical evening at the Ritz Carlton Rancho Mirage! Dinner was extraordinary! At The Edge Steakhouse! 5 star experience! Exemplary service by Cecelia And her assistant Hope. The food was a culinary master piece of flavors! Loved my blueberry cocktail! Highest compliments to the Chef and Kitchen Brigade! Complimentary cognac was served in honor of Marcelino's birthday! And strawberry shortcake with birthday candle! Cheers! The views were breathtakingly beautiful! We ended the evening experiencing the Milky Way and saw Saturn with its rings! There was a staff member with an impressive telescope showing guests the magnificent beauty of the Milky Way! Valet parking. Definitely recommend! Make reservations and plan accordingly. The Edge is closed Monday-Wednesday!! Cheers to more adventures and celebrations!
Exceptional cuisine, service, views, and flavors. The lamb was a surprising delight. The service by Daniel and others was excellent. The views of the valley and mountains are terrific, request a front-line seat and enjoy a drink out on the terrace at the high top patio tables before dinner for the best views.
The kitchen is visible to the dinner tables through the glass, the city views are beautiful. We had multiple side dishes, 3 different meat selections, multiple drink variations. Everything was delicious and good sized portions. The boys were able to go into the kitchen and look at the meats and choose which they wanted. 10/10, spendy but worth it. The restaurant served us a complementary starter and small drink to sample.
The best meal I’ve had in awhile. The potato puree was amazing. The Jane’s cheesecake was the perfect ending. The older gentlemen Ron who is the bartender was awesome, he made some great drinks and had great suggestions for our meals. 10/10.
My family had a great “the bear afternoon tea” on 12/24, it is located in the Ritz hotel Palm Spring, and the view is stunning! The food and dessert were delicate and great! The server said this event was very popular, they will plan it again next year. A big fluffy bear is with the afternoon tea, customers loved their bears, I praised this really a good Christmas event! I to-go lots of desserts, the raspberry tarts, banana tars and chocolate finger food really delicious! Thank you !
Fancy, delicious, killer views of the city. Any restaurant that has valet parking has my attention. We went for our ten year anniversary and it did not disappoint. The food and drinks were excellent. We sat by the fire. They brought us a free dessert for our anniversary which was a very sweet gesture. My only slight complain was constant flow of jets going by (the flight path is directly in front). But other than that, it was spectacular.
Amazing time at Edge steakhouse! Service was fabulous! Had the Chilean seabass which was arguably one of the best fish dishes I’ve ever had. Hubby had the strip, pricey, but also v yummy. Mashed potatoes were also amazing. Date cake to finish it off. Great for special occasion or splurge dinner. Sous chef Andrew came out and spoke to us at the end, which was a nice treat
